About this spirit:
– By Master Distiller, Don Rafael Carrillo Pizano
– 10 years old Maguey May or Masparillo
– From La Guayaba, Jalisco
– Distilled once in Huichol style, in a tree trunk.
Nose – Pine, wet earth, all spice, clove and jalapenos. Black pepper and cheddar linger.
Palate – Grilled fish, diesel tones, pine fresh and soy. Very smoky.
