Sake like inspired bypizza margherita, brewed with rice and basil and tomatoes. So technically, we can’t classify this as a sake. The ginjo aroma released by the sake yeast overlaps with the aroma of tomatoes and basil and is elegant. It has a nuance somewhat like wine or brandy. Only 715 bottles produced in this batch.
