Classic Cask 43%, Larks signature Tasmanian whisky, is a timeless single malt with hints of orange peel, vanilla bean, Christmas cake and golden syrup. Once you take a sip, the sweetness of butterscotch, the tartness of grapefruit and the earthiness of cloves will hit your tongue. The butterscotch and citrus linger while the finish is a smoky strand of Tasmanian peat.

Tasmanian Peated 46%, is a lightly peated whisky with a bold palate. On the nose, earthy peat intertwined with a delicate floral character and sea spray. The palate of floral peat develops amongst dark chocolate and oyster shell, with hints of coffee and marmalade. It has a ginger snap biscuit, sea spray and subtle ash finish.

Rebellion 44%, is the renegade, Chinotto seasoned casks. Aromas of zesty orange with custard and lemon meringue. Palate of candied citrus peels, vibrant cola and buttery malt developing towards soft orange custard with a dusting of cinnamon. Finish with lemon meringue pie with flashes of zest and spice.
