These naturally dried tomatoes are of the highest quality and can be used in various recipes and dishes. Rinse with clean water, then boil in a large volume of water for 5 minutes. Cut into strips and add to your homemade tomato sauce, on a pizza with mozzarella and fresh basil or use in a summer salad with grilled vegetables and fresh goat cheese. It’s also fabulous in a homemade bacon quiche.
