Description
Lavender adapts easily from appetizer to desserts. It goes very well with goat cheese, raosted meat such as lamb, rabbit or pork. The creme brulee, tarte tatin with peaches, roasted apricots, fruit ices can also be flavored with it. Use sparingly to avoid a too strong taste.
