Award- winning, aromatic white is the passion project of Hlne Soual and her husband Frederik at their exceptional Bordeaux vineyard, on the edge of the appellation to allow complete freedom of expression.
Multi award winning including 18/20 from Jancis Robinson, 94/100 from James Molesworth wine spectator and 90/100 from James Suckling.

Bright elegant colour with complex, multi-layered citrus white flower nose and an exuberant, fresh palate packed with lemon thyme, vine peach, chamomile, apricot and orange zest. A gem for the connoisseur of white Bordeaux.
How it’s made
The vineyard uses ploughing to enable deep rooting and 100% natural fertiliser made from horse manure and organic waste from the estate and absolutely no chemicals or insecticides at any stage of the process. Their Chateau du Retout Blanc is the only wine of its kind in the world. Made from a blend of four grape varieties (originally from different French regions), planted on 1.8 hectares of this well-known Haut Medoc Bordeaux Chateau. Only 9000 bottles are produced by year. The grapes are hand harvested and then selected on sorting table. Temperature controlled fermentation with vinification on lees in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 10 months in oak and amphora.
