Leopold Bros. is a family-run distillery operated by brothers Scott and Todd Leopold, whose work began in 1999 and later expanded into their purpose-built Colorado distillery. Known for traditional methods and a hands-on, ingredient-focused philosophy, the team floor malts their barley onsite in what is now the largest traditional floor malting room of any distillery in the United States.
