Since 2005, Domaine Hubert Lignier has been buying grande cuve parcels in the lieu-dit of Les Didiers, a monopole of the Hospices de Nuits domain. The parcel in question here covers 2.5 hectares, bordering on the Saint-Georges terroir of the Cte de Nuits. This concentrated cuve has a rare finesse. Its mellow tannins, black berry aromas and smoky notes offer great length in the mouth
