The latest release in our multi award winning Cask Aged Series, Cask #3r is an ex Oloroso Sherry Cask from Aultmore. This is our Cask #3 release we did a few years back that we refilled because it was so good. This time we decided to mature our LinGin London Dry for 26 months instead of our usual 12 months. To say this is a cracker is an understatement. The colour is a beautiful golden bronze effect. The colour is all natural and as it came out of the cask. No added colouring here!
It takes on the incredible flavours from the Oloroso Sherry and marries them together perfectly with our LinGin London Dry Gin to create a truly incredible beautifully smooth spirit. Great drunk neat with ice or as a classic G&T. Also nice with Ginger Ale.
