Lo-Fi Aperitifs are a line of vermouths and amaro crafted with California wines and natural herbs flavors & botanicals. Our goal was to create a liquid that can be enjoyed on its own, or used generously in a cocktail not just whispered over a martini.Lo-Fi provides both home bartenders and mixologists with the perfect tools for creating delicious cocktails, whether they using classic 1:1 proportions or mixing up new creations. We infuse our wine with a unique blend of botanicals that are listed right on the label.Enjoy them mixed in your favorite cocktail or sipped on their own.

Tasting Notes
Predominant aromas of sweet citrus fruit with hints of ginger, exotic flowers and spices are supported by a framework of cinchona bark and bitter root extracts. Adds refreshing fruit flavors and crisp bitterness to a variety of cocktails.
