Lyme Bay Winery is the home of LBW Drinks. This small, dedicated drinks company is full of people who are passionate about producing delicious and award-winning English Still and Sparkling Wine, Fruit Wine, Cider, Mead, Liqueur and Spirits from their home in Devons beautiful Axe Valley.

Here they combine their knowledge and love of flavours and ingredients with top notch wine-making skills to craft award-winning traditional drinks, tailored to the 21st-century palate. Each of these amazing products is fermented, blended and aged, as appropriate, on site at the Winery under the supervision of the LBW experienced team.

Production

A blend of chardonnay, bacchus, reichensteiner, seyval blanc & solaris.

Vineyards: Yew Tree (Oxfordshire), Crouch Valley (Essex), Sandhurst (Kent), Great Whitmans (Essex), Watchcombe (Devon), Haygrove (Herefordshire).

Fermentation vessels: 100% stainless steel.
Ageing: Deliberately limited to 9-12 months to retain the fresh style.

Tasting Notes

This Brut Reserve sparkling wine displays lifted brioche and toasty aromas, with refreshing lemon and green apple notes on the palate and a vibrant and creamy mousse finish.

This fresh and fruity sparkler is a perfect drink for that special occasion, and pairs beautifully with quality fresh Seafood for which the South West is so famous.
