A very impressive bottling of Macallan, distilled all the way back in 1993! The single malt then spent an entire quarter of a decade in a refill hogshead. We’re sure it had a lovely time, though at long last, 25 years later, Douglas Laing bottled the Speyside whisky at cask strength for its Xtra Old Particular range. 280 bottles were produced at 51.6% ABV, without colouring or chill filtration as always.
