Voila L’Ete Rose 2021 $33 “Here comes Summer” Cabernet Franc. This ros wine manages to bring together a fragrant nose that turns into freshness in the mouth while keeping a good structure all the way. A ros with character that can well be paired with white meat dishes, pasta with mushrooms or seafood, and chocolate desserts. Organic, Unfined/Unfiltered, no added SO2. Vegan.

Gamay “Les Passantes” 2019 $33This is from two 30-40 year old parcels in Faverolles-sur-Cher, destemmed and aged in a combination of fiberglass tanks and old barrels. Beautifully made with a deep core of ripe dark cherry fruit and silky, but substantial structure that feels more serious than the breezy adult juice box vibes that natural Gamay can sometimes be (rightly) associated with.
