Description
This is the 2019 limited whisky by Mars Whisky, vatted from Bourbon barrels and several other kinds of casks from the distillery in Shinshu. The nose is a mix of kaki fruit, apricot, and orange marmalade. Quince, melon, and sweetended condensed milk on the palate, soft mouthfeel, then clean and smooth finish.
