Martell Cordon Bleu Lunar New Year Cognac Tasting Notes
Nose: Vibrant, rich and complex, with orchard fruit candied plum and apple harmonising with roasted notes of mocha coffee, toasted almonds and vetiver.
Palate: An exceptionally rounded, mellow sensation further enhanced by Borderies eaux-de-vie, which lend elegance and complexity.
Finish: An impressively long finish characterised by notes of fruit and spices.
Distillery Information
Jean Martell leaves his native Jersey and arrives in France to devote himself to developing the art of cognac. He travels the region in search of the finest eaux-de-vie and establishes ties with local winegrowers that will last for generations.
