Description
Pale White Wheat Malt
Montana Craft Malts Pale White Wheat Malt is crafted from low-protein soft white winter wheat, offering a clean, doughy flavor that develops into a bready sweetness when boiled. Its high extract potential makes it an excellent choice for wheat beers, hazy IPAs, and any style where body and haze stability are key.
With a low enzyme package, this malt is typically used at up to 50% of the grist, though it can be pushed to 80% with the use of rice hulls to improve lautering.
