Merlet’s Crme de Mure combines two varieties of blackberries (Black Diamond and Himalaya), with a touch of other red fruits, which complement each other and bring richness and complexity.
Tasting notes – Rich aromas of blackberry compote, custard and dried and crushed violets. A silky fruitiness, sweet and rich palate, finishing with long notes of forest fruits, honey, elderflower and sweet spices.
