Crafted by maestro mezcalero Emigdio Jarqun in Miahuatlns Nanche district (5,000 ft elevation), this ensamble marries wild and cultivated agavescommonly blends like Tepeztate, Tobal, Espadn, Mexicano, Arroqueo, or Cuixe, depending on the batch. Agave are roasted in an earthen horno, crushed with a stone tahona, fermented in wooden vats, then distilled with a copper refrescador still, capturing depth and complexity in a single pass. Bottled around ~51.5% ABV.
