Millstone Single Grain 9 Year

ACanadian exclusive, Millstone Single Grain 9 Year was distilled and bottled by Zuidam Distillers from the Netherlands.

This small-batch offering utilises a mash comprising rye, malted barley, corn, spelt, and wheat. The distillate rested for the full 9 years in virgin oak casks and is non-coloured and non-chill filtered.

Nose: Vanilla & butterscotch followed by lightly toasted oak and a hint of mulled spice.

Palate: Creamy mouthfeel with butterscotch following from the nose. Orchard fruits, predominantly apple and pear, provide additional sweetness.

Finish: The finish is long and warm. Gentle oak spice lingers.
