Description
Melon de Bourgogne planted in sandylimestoneon gneiss,is the first officially designated cruin Muscadet. Ppire owns 3.35 hectares here and farms organically with some biodynamic prectices.The vines were planted in 1948, 1984 and 1991. Whole cluster pressed and wild fermented, then aged on the lees in underground, ceramic lined concrete tanks for 3 years
