Hinoki takes its inspiration from a perfectly still, slightly chilly springmorning spent soaking in a tub at the Tawaraya in Kyoto. It combines thememory of the mosses and trees outdoors and sharp notes of the boxy hinoki tub. We soak and feel the pull of the meditative incense, the softtouch of the surrounding greenery, and the rich smells of the wood guidingus into an intangible mystical world.
