Description
Nordes takes its name from the north-easterly wind which signals the arrival of good weather in Galicia. It is made in a small distillery in Vedra, close to Santiago de Compostela, with spirit from the local Albarino grape and 11 botanicals ingredients (6 from Galicia) including juniper, sage, samphire, tea, ginger and hibiscus giving a uniquely fresh and aromatic character.
