Description
OCHO takes the slow, artisanal approach to making tequila, harvesting only over-ripe agaves from the Golden Triangle of Los Altos de Jalisco. These agaves are then slowly roasted in brick ovens, fermented with natural airborne yeast, and distilled at low temperatures to ensure maximum agave essence is present in the finished product. The result is an additive-free tequila that delivers rich, undiluted agave flavor.
Nose – Rich fruits with vanilla and butterscotch
Palate – Sweet cooked agave notes shine through, while balancing with the sweet spice, cinnamon and delicate notes of vanilla
