This exclusive chocolate is made from carefully selected Trinitario beans and features a refreshing symphony of berry aromas. A hybrid of Criollo and Forastero, Trinitario is known for its perfect balance between subtlety and strength. The beans are grown on the Bejofo Farm in Madagascar, which is considered one of the best terroirs for cacao. The farm has been cultivating beans since 1920 using organic farming practices. It is also free of soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
