Made by female winemakers in an organic and biodynamic vineyard that strives to maintain a natural balance. They use their own sheep to fertilize and bee hives to pollinate the vineyards. They grow their grapes without chemicals and harvest is done manually at peak ripeness. This amazing vintage cava is aged for a minimum of 6 years, and with no dosage, it expresses the essence of the terroir where it was made.
