The Parkers Heritage Collection is a series of rare, limited-edition American whiskeys offered as a tribute to sixth-generation Master Distiller Parker Beam for his 50+ years of distilling experience. Parker Beam passed away in 2017 as a result of ALS (otherwise known as Lou Gehrigs disease) and since 2013, a portion of the proceeds of each bottle sold has been donated to the ALS Association in his honour.The 8th edition (2014) of the Parkers Heritage Collection from Heaven Hill distillery is this 13yo Kentucky straight wheat whiskey. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 63.7%.
