Description
Andreas Patistis is an organic grower in the village of Argalasti, on the mountain of Pelion, where he grows vines and olives organically, in a picturesque landscape of polyculture. Andreas is experimenting with very long elevage and solera aging, making singular zero/zero wines that reflect the beauty of the mythical mount Pelion.
This Blanc de Noir is 96% Xinomavro, 4% Assyrtiko. Unfined, unfiltered, no addedSO2, aged in solera from 2017-2022.
