Crafted using the ancient mthode ancestrale, it delivers pure, joyful bubbles in a dusty-rose hue .

Grape & Terroir

• A playful blend of ~80% Gamay and 20% Poulsard, grown on steep, limestoneclay slopes in the high-altitude hamlet of La Cueille near the Ain River

• Naturally vinified with no dosage or disgorgementfermentation continues in the bottle until a natural finish is reached, preserving lively sweetness and light fizz

Aromas & Palate

• Nose: Seductive and fragrantthink alpine strawberries, raspberries, rose petals, red apple, and a hint of citrus zest
