Pazo de Lusco 2019 Albario

Description

Pazo de Lusco is a 100% Albario produced using native yeasts and aged for 4 months on lees. This wine is clear, bright and straw yellow in color. On the nose aromas of ripe fruit, particularly Golden Delicious apple and white flowers. It displays a distinct mineral note due to the decomposed granite soil the vines are grown in. On the palate acidity and alcohol are extremely well balanced. The wine reveals an interesting note of citrus, is structured on the palate and displays a slight creaminess as a result of time on lees. Ideal with seafood and fish. Serve well chilled.ABV: 12.5%
