Pet-Nat “Vitalit”, Cosmic Vinyaters 2019 (Catalonia, Spain)

Description

This is a Pet-Nat of mostly Parellada from 50+ year old vines with a tiny bit of Muscat from 15 year old vines, all organic from Salva’s family vineyards in Baix Peneds. 3 days of skin contact, then bottled unfiltered just before the end of fermentation. Crisp and dry with grapefruit and crushed rocks and a lean finish with tight bubbles. So refreshing.
