Description
One of threewines, created from the same pure 2012 Chardonnay,but with differing levels of sugar. This, the Extra Dry is the sweetest but still monstrously fresh and youthful. Amazingly so! There is this impressive mid to late with a gushing amount of lemon pith and lime, oyster shell, iodine, white pepper and lime juice.

Based in the village of Chouilly this fanastic maison run by Marcelline and Vincent create brilliant, crisp wines which are the perfect representation of the village. 11 generations of winemakers, the house in it’s current status, was formed in 2002 and they work with over 10 hectares, mostly Chardonnay.
