Founded in a Harlem basement in 2012,Doc Herson’s Natural Spirits is the 1st Absinthe Distillery in New York City.Each small batch is bottled individually, wax sealed and hand-labeled by the Master Distiller, Kevin Herson.
With a doctorate degree, “The Doc” has developed a unique palate for distilling spirits, introducing this new hibiscus flavored redabsinthe for you to enjoy.
