Since the early 12th Century, Syningthwaite Priory, between Wetherby & Tadcaster, has stood proudly amongst the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. 1163, to be precise. We can only imagine the tales and traditions this place has seen.
Priory Spirits are distilled from the farms own potato crop and are bottled unfiltered. Being unfiltered, all the delicious natural oils remain in the spirits so they will go cloudy once chilled or mixed.
As one of only a handful of gins made in the UK to be crafted from a base spirit made in house, Priory Gin is a rare gem.
Produced in exactly the same way as the potato vodka, this London Dry Gin’s base spirit is lovingly nurtured from seed to bottle on Priory Farm. The vodka is then combined with a secret botanical blend to create a crisp, refreshing and wonderfully smooth gin.
