Description
Cut Cane Spirit is light Rum distillation that has been aged in fine barrels for a shorter period. The vision is an easy, lively, light and versatile companion to your favourite mixer. To achieve this, it is distilled a gentle fermentation with flavours of white flowers, spun sugar, sake and lemon. A portion of this is then aged in special barrels ex-cognac and fino sherry casks. The result is perfect in delicate rum cocktails like a classic daiquiri or mojito.
