Redbreast Dream Cask IV 29 Year Old Irish Whiskey 50cl
Cask #4 a single pot still distilled in 1991, aged in bourbon barrels and passed into a 2011 sherry butt barrel.
In addition, the whiskeys were paired in a sherry butt, resting for 15 months . This longer resting period providing a broader spectrum of honeyed fruit and spices.
Bottled at 51.2% volume yielding just 924 bottles. Redbreast Dream Cask Oloroso Sherry are released via a raffle system only to members of Redbreasts private club, making this particular expression incredibly rare to come across. Only release in 50cl/500ml bottles
