Incredible how this hip wine can come from an estate that is over 1000 years old! Flavors of limey citrus, pears, and a touch of white tea mingle on the palate. The acidity is mouth watering and palate cleansing. Great to know that Gernot Kollman (owner/vigneron since 2006) farms organically and practices natural wine making in the cellar. Just as they did for centuries.
