Nori from Aichi is richer in nutrients than seaweed from other seas.
“Aichi Mikawa Ahihi Nori” is a type of nori that gives off more flavor (sweetness) as you chew.
As it is a relatively firm nori, it is recommended for rice balls or rolled sushi!
Please give this a try as it is rare with little production.
