• Estate-grown in fog-cooled Anderson Valley, this multivintage ros combines 56%Pinot Noir and 44%Chardonnay, with 1015% oakaged reserve wines in the blendadding complexity and finesse

• A small proportion (35%) of still Pinot Noir, macerated on skins, imparts a delicate salmon hue

• Aged at least two years on the lees before disgorgement, with a modest 8g/L dosage, striking a refined balance between fruit and brightness
