ORGANIC/VEGAN/ NO ADDED SULPHITES/ NATURAL
A pale and incredibly lively Gamay from old vines. The invigorating flavours combine raspberries, smoke, and plenty of minerality. Silky and very fine tannins provide a framework for a pure, fresh, and moreish finish.
Romuald Valot makes this gamay from old vines parcels in both Brouilly and Cte de Brouilly. He farms his land without chemicals and uses a plow to turn the soil.Whilst his approach to farming might be radical, the wines are anything but. Vibrant, fragrant, and nuanced, they are an exercise in purity and thrillingly unique.
