Ron Carpano is one of Venezuelas most historic distilleries, located in the Carpano Valleyan environment prized for stable tropical temperatures ideal for long rum maturation.
This 21-year-old Reserva Privada is drawn from sealed American white-oak barrels, aged without replenishing the angels share, ensuring high concentration and depth. Made from premium sugar-cane distillates and aged in small lots, it is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
The meticulous aging regimen, combined with Carpanos tropical climate, produces remarkable richness with retained elegance.
