Distilled in a traditional Creole column, SAINT JAMES Organic Column Brut Rum comes from a plot selection harvested at full maturity, practising organic farming for several years.

Nose – A sweet attack with notes of honey followed by dry vegetal notes.

Palate – A suave attack with candied notes of exotic yellow fruit mixed with the vegetal freshness of ripe cane.
