Super small production natural Saint Laurent, hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with low sulfur addition. Partial carbonic maceration make this super fresh and vivid. Light bodied with soft tannins, dark berries, black pepper and bitter cocoa. Pair with roast duck or Wienerschnitzel!
