How it’s made
Superb New Zealand Sauvignon blended from three exceptional terroirs adjacent to the famous Cloudy Bay vineyard. These three individual parcels of land are planted with three different Sauvignon clones adapted specifically for each terroir. Grapes are selected at optimum ripeness and fermented separately using indigenous yeast.
