Description
Sierra Norte Yellow Corn Mexican Whiskey distilled from native Oaxacan corn. 85% Oaxacan heritage corn and 15% malted barley. The nose is filled with pepper star anise, a dry nuttiness, and peanut. On the palate are notes of stewed apple, red current, pomegranate and cranberry, background spices and late caramel sweetness. The finish has heavy clove notes and red licorice.
