Siete Leguas Tequila Reposado is a traditionally made, additive-free tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco, produced at NOM 1120. Crafted using a blend of tahona-crushed and roller-milled agave, the spirit undergoes slow stone oven roasting and open-air fermentation with natural yeastssome with agave fibers retained for added texture. It is double-distilled in copper pot stills and rested for 8 months in American white oak barrels, allowing the agaves purity to shine through with just the right touch of oak influence.
