This batch is a unique blend of the 7-year-old bourbon and 9-year-old bourbon that has been matured in a variety of barrels, including both new and old charred oak barrels.The master blender for this batch selected the barrels based on their flavor profile and based on the age of the whiskey. This batch was selected to be robust and full-bodied with a rich aroma and taste. It’s been bottled at 90 proof to make it easy to drink neat or on the rocks.
