Description
Colour – Dark brick red with magenta hue. Aroma – Complex ripe cherry and plum aromas on the nose. Palate – Rich black cherry and plum with liquorice and a hint of mint on the palate with length and finesse. Matured in French oak hogsheads (30% new) for 24 months. Sealed with QORK. Cellar – At its best: now to 2038. Fruit – Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barossa.
