We do love a refill cask at this age, and this American Oak refill sherry (uncategorised) hogshead stood out for us. Label The Speyside distillery in Kingussie (formerly?) is just along the road from the Highland Wildlife Park.
Our favourite animal there is the snow leopard, so heres a snow leopard label. Close decision between this, the wildcats, and the polar bears, but who doesnt love a bit of leopard print?! A real photo, no AI.”
