Spook Light Pinot Gris, Supernatural Wine Co. 2019 (Hawkes Bay, New Zealand)

Description

Pinot Gris from a tiny biodynamic vineyard in the hills of Hawke’s Bay, fermented on the skins for a week and aged all in steel. Medium bodied and textured with firm, but not dominating tannins, rose petal, apple skin and spice. Perfect early fall orange.
