Our 40th Anniversary Edition Single Malt Whiskey represents the cumulative experience of 40 years of boundary-pushing distillation, as well as our decades-long love affair with making single malt, says master distiller Lance Winters. Its the pure essence of passionate self-expressionand its also delicious.

This whiskey opens with scents of lager and dark chocolate over cola that leads to notes of brown butter, fennel mixed with sweet coconut and candied berries. The initial taste of the classic St. George, only deeper with notes of chocolate walnut fudge and buttered waffles. More flavors of baking spices and candied ginger emerge, bringing forward hints of stone fruit, fig preserves and finishes with barbecue char and soft smoke.
